AesthetiQ provides web-based software for appointment scheduling, electronic patient records, treatment documentation, and inventory management. The platform is designed for beauty clinics, dermatology practices, and wellness centers. The scope of features corresponds to the service package you have booked; any changes to the modules will be communicated to you before activation.

You are responsible for the proper entry and maintenance of patient data as well as for compliance with data protection regulations within your facility. Access credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with third parties. Ensure that your staff is trained in using the software and fulfills documentation obligations.

We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect data entry, or the failure of your own IT infrastructure. The warranty is limited to the correction of software errors that are demonstrably attributable to our platform. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The servers are operated in data centers within Austria. We back up your data daily and ensure the availability of the platform within the usual maintenance windows. Planned maintenance work will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. We will charge the actual effort for restoring data after a data loss caused by you.

The contract runs for the agreed minimum term and is automatically renewed for the same period unless terminated in due time. Termination must be submitted in writing by email to info@aryaisabel.com. After the contract ends, you will receive your data in a common format for your own archiving; the deletion of data on our systems will occur after the statutory retention periods have expired.

We reserve the right to adjust these terms of use if legal conditions or the scope of features of the platform change. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object to the change within this period, the new version will be deemed accepted.
